Bookings
All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Fares are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, waiting time, tolls, and additional stops.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Siddhi Tours & Travels reserves the right to end a journey in cases of unsafe or abusive behaviour.
Liability
Siddhi Tours & Travels maintains its fleet and verifies its chauffeurs to a professional standard. Liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control is limited as permitted by law.
Corporate & Partner Accounts
Billing terms for corporate and hotel partner accounts are agreed separately and take precedence over standard booking terms where applicable.
