Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings

Bookings cancelled more than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time incur no charge. Cancellations within 6 hours may be subject to a partial cancellation fee to cover chauffeur allocation.

Airport Transfers

Airport pickups are tracked against your flight. In the event of a flight cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel at no charge.

Outstation & Event Bookings

Multi-day outstation journeys, weddings, and event transportation may require an advance deposit and a longer cancellation window, confirmed at the time of booking.

Corporate & Partner Accounts

Cancellation terms for corporate and hotel partner accounts follow the schedule agreed in your service contract.
